| Tony and Kelveen warmly welcome you to their Victorian home set in an acre of attractive garden. St Leonards has wonderful views over looking the Avon Valley yet we are only a very pleasant 15 minutes walk into the City centre. |

| Originally built as a Victorian Gentlemens residence in 1874 the house has been refurbished with all modern comforts yet still retains its original character. We welcome our guests to a friendly and informal home and make every effort to help you relax and make the most of your visit to Bath. |

We have our own private off-road car park and nearly all of our guests leave their car here and enjoy the City without the problems of having to find somewhere to park.
"View from the back of the house"
The heart of the City is about a 15 minute walk away which takes you through a very attractive part of Bath. On your way in you will enjoy marvellous views as you walk down to the attractive Sydney Gardens (past where Jane Austen lived) on to the classic Georgian terraced Great Pulteney Street, before arriving at the famous Pulteney Bridge. Alternatively there is a regular bus service into the city centre.

All of our bedrooms are fully ensuite with tasteful furnishings and pastel colour decor. All have superbly appointed modern bathrooms. Our rooms at the back of the house offer spectacular views of the Valley and additionally one room at the top of the house has a huge bathroom with double sized bath and shower (see picture above). We have super-king and king size beds (6' or 5'). |
| St Leonards is beautifully situated with our large garden at the rear of the house offering superb views and some gorgeous sunsets. Our garden slopes down to the picturesque Kennet and Avon Canal from where there are lovely walks into the City centre or the other direction to neighbouring villages. |

Breakfast is served in our beautifully restored dining room which has wonderful views over the valley. We keep a large selection of menus to help you choose from one of Baths many restaurants. We are also more than happy to make recommendations and suggestions to suit both your taste and budget. Nearby we have a delightful 17th century canal side pub which serves excellent food. |
Tony and Kelveen take great pleasure in helping their guests plan to make the most of their stay in Bath and we have a wealth of information about the city to share with you. We also very much enjoy helping you to plan your day trips from here and for example, can suggest a number of circular driving tours to take in numerous sights.
In fact Bath is an excellent touring base from where you can explore a whole host of outstanding attractions in the West Country. From here day/half day trips can easily be made to Stonehenge/Avebury, the Cathedral cities of Salisbury and Wells, Glastonbury, the Cotswolds and to some of the most beautiful villages in England near here such as Lacock and Castle Combe. In addition as we have both lived in otherdifferent parts of England we are able to bring extensive knowledge to helping you plan your route for when you move on from here. If travelling to Wales, Devon, Cornwall, the Cotswolds or indeed anywhere in Britain we know the best ways of getting there. |
