Secluded from the adjacent Molyneux Park Road and other busy roads in the Tunbridge Wells area and within walking distance of the town centre, shops, restaurants, High Street, historic Pantiles and mainline railway station which provides and excellent service to London.
Delicious breakfasts cooked in the AGA then served to the table in the old coach room with views across pretty gardens, courtyard and south facing sun terrace. Inviting atmosphere and a warm welcome.

By Car: From A264 Mount Ephraim (Tunbridge Wells to East Grinstead Road) turn right into Molyneux Park Road, turn left on the sharp right hand bend into Bishops Down Park Road, sign posted 'Private Road' Studley Cottage is the third property on the left. Turn left immediately after the second property on the left. Follow gravel driveway and white picket fencing leading to Studley Cottage. Park in front of the carport.
From M25/A20 Turn onto A26. Drive through Southborough. Continue for approximately 4 and a half miles. After passing Skinners School on the left turn right into Culverden Down. Continue for about one and a half miles passing Byng Road and Court Road on the left then Warberry Park apartments on the right. Turn right on the sharp left hand bend into Bishops Down Park Road signposted 'Private Road' Turn left immediately after the second house on the left. Follow gravel driveway and white picket fencing on the left leading to Studley Cottage. Park in front of the carport.
Please note: Entry into the lower end of Bishops Down Park Road traveling by car or by foot is accessed at the sharp bend at the bottom end of Molyneux Park Road.
Entry into the top end of Bishops Down Park Road can be accessed by foot only.
NB: Please ignore SatNavs directing the driver into the top end of Bishops Down Park Road.
