| This period style farmhouse, set in the Eyebrook Valley on Rutlands border, is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Although the house is remote from the village, on a quiet field road, we are only minutes away from civilisation. A47 trunk road is only one mile, Uppingham town centre 5 minute drive. |

| Lake A beautiful 2.5 acre lake set amongst trees in a 6 acre site and bounded on one side by the Eyebrook River. Well stocked with Carp, Tench, Roach and Bream, all up to specimen size. Open for fishing all year round Permits from Site Office 24 swims Hours - Dawn until Dusk |

| Country Walk Sweethedges Farm is superbly located for walks, whether gentle strolls or something more demanding! Much of the land around the farm has been dedicated to long term conservation and now attracts a profusion of wildlife throughout the year. There are many easy walks, for example around the fishing lake, or from the site, which provide ample opportunity to appreciate the rolling hills, meadows and woodland of the surrounding countryside. Nearby, Wardley Wood and Wardley Village provide an interesting ramble, but for those wishing to venture further afield, Eyebrook Reservoir is about 3 miles away. Sweethedges Farm is also central to a rewarding area of countryside which includes Rutland Water (approx 8 miles), and Uppingham (approx 3 miles). |



| How to Find Us Sweethedges Farm is easily accessable from the A47 to the north, the A6003 to the east, and the A6 to the west of the site. On approaching from Uppingham, Horninghold or Stockerston the Farm is 1 mile along the field road to Allexton. When approaching from the A47 take the left turn 100 yards after going through Allexton. |
