The ground floor is dominated by the airy and spacious brasserie, a seventy cover modern bistro style restaurant, the head chef and his dedicated team produces a constantly changing menu based on the fresh local produce. French cuisine and modern eclectic influences are drawn upon, to offer amongst the finest food in the area.

HOSPITALITY

The Beeches can flexibly cater for many kinds of business or social functions; the conservatory is the ideal setting for a private lunch or dinner occasion.

For larger functions, such as wedding receptions or anniversaries, why not take over the whole ground floor, including the use of the bar/lounge and main dining room, as well as the conservatory. The manager will be pleased to discuss menus to suit your taste or budget.

The extensive wine list is also one of the finest in the region, with an emphasis on French and Italian vineyards. Occasional wine tasting evenings are held, with the assistance of leading wine merchants.

THE ROOMS

The eighteen comfortably refurbished bedrooms all have en-suite facilities; they include remote control TV, radio, direct dial phone, hair drier and hospitality tray.

A fax service is available on request, as are irons and ironing boards.

There is good disabled access through the greater part of the hotel, with four bedrooms on the ground floor and access to further rooms by means of the service lift.

RELAXATION

The bar and lounge provide a popular meeting place for residents and guests, the contemporary décor is enhanced by modern art works arranged throughout the ground floor.

CONFERENCES

Conferences and business meetings are catered for in a flexible way according to client needs, up to thirty spaces can be provided for theatre or banquet style occasion and up to twenty spaces for a boardroom or classroom occasion.

INTEREST

Undergoing quite a revival in recent years, nearby Cleethorpes is still a favourite with families and children of all ages. Follow the coast for a short distance, however to discover a lonelier place of wide vistas and huge skies, the haunt of dedicated solitary anglers and sailors.

Grimsby's unique fishing heritage centre is well worth a visit, as are the colourful but sadly underused fish docks themselves.
