We have 8 bedrooms all en-suite
We are situated close to the sea front /beach and within walking distance of the Wellington pier, Britannia pier, The Winter Gardens, Sea Life centre the new Great Yarmouth Wheel and the Hippodrome Circus. Great Yarmouth is ideally situated for trips to the Norfolk Broads, Sandringham and much more.
Please Note we are a non -smoking establishment.
Guests are assigned their own key to the Guest house and have 24 Hour access. There is wireless access in the building and an ADSL point is available in the bar for Broadband connection

Choice of Single, Double, Twin or family rooms all with En-suite facilities.
Families are made to feel welcome and we can supply Travel cots and Baby monitors.
All rooms are equipped with Colour TV plus Freeview.
Tea and Coffee making facilities are supplied and rooms are serviced daily.
All rooms have full central heating.
Hair Dryers are available on request.
Ironing Facilities are also available on request Please ask at reception.

Low Season From £20 -22 per person B&B, £30-35 B&B + evening Meal
Mid season From £25-27 per person B&B , £25- 36 B&B + evening Meal.
High season B&B from £27 per person, B&B + Evening Meal from £38 Pounds.
Children under 3 Free Children 3-5 Yrs £5 per night B&B Children 6 -14 Yrs half price
