The Normanby is an imposing three-storey, double-fronted, detached property, located on the north side of Scunthorpe and less than a ten minutes walk from the town centre

The Normanby prides itself on a reputation for providing high quality bed and breakfast accommodation at affordable prices. With the discerning guest in mind we provide our guests with comfortable surroundings in contemporary styled room which include free view digital flat screen TV and hospitality tray. There is a large dining room and lounge which overlooks the rear garden. There is a desk and free internet access in the lounge area.
The Normanby caters for business people, contractors, tourist/event visitors, with long or short stay visits. Please see tariff for special week-end rates. There is an additional option of self-catering accommodation for long-stay guests at our annex property Newton House - rates negotiable.
The high standards of accommodation of The Normanby, plus the level of care shown by all the staff have consistently earned The Normanby a quality award from the English Tourism Council. We are proud that after our August 2009 inspection we maintained the 3 star - rating of the English Tourist Board. |

Rooms are fitted to a high standard with the discerning guest in mind. En-suite rooms are available and all rooms have hospitality tray and colour television.

We have a combination of comfortably furnished rooms, seven with en-suite facilities and each with an individual colour coordinated decor. Each bedroom is fully equipped with digital free view TV, alarm clock and generous hospitality tray.
We have 14 rooms here at The Normanby, several double, some single, and a couple of family rooms
Facilities
Rooms have a kettle and tea/coffee is provided. . . . etc..
Internet access is available in the lounge area, next to the dining room. Wi-Fi does not reach all rooms, ask Jo for the access key.
