New for 2009, flat screen TV's in all rooms...

Our rooms are all en-suite, some having bathrooms. One double room is not en-suite but has its own private shower and toilet. All rooms have central heating, colour TV, radio alarms, hairdryers and many other extras.

Our accomodation includes ground floor and family rooms, we have a cottage suite for 2-4 people.

The cobbled driveway leads to on-site parking and the coach arch opens into a delightful walled garden.

Our conservatory-style leisure lounge, includes a whirlpool spa and opens on to the south-facing patio and garden.

Breakfast in the airy, Tudor-style dining room provides a varied menu and includes traditional, unusual, vegetarian and continental fare as well as providing for those with special dietary needs.

Our little corner of rural paradise is just a few minutes walk from the shopping centre of the historic market town of Totnes. Located on the beautiful River Dart, many of the other visitor attractions of the South Devon countryside, the Dart Valley, the English Riviera and the moors are all within easy reach.
