| An Ideal Retreat The interior is completely timbered giving a Scandinavian `feel' especially if the woodstove is used on chilly days. The barn is equipped to a high standard with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere! The Barn has a sitting room area with a Clearview wood burning stove, comfortable three piece suite and colour TV. A well equipped kitchen and dining area complete with washing machine, fridge, electric cooker and microwave oven. There's a double bed in the main bedroom. The second bedroom has a 4ft double bed and a single sleeping platform. A bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath/shower. | ![]() |

| Surrounding Area Excellent walking from the door close to Mortimer Forest and Trail, Brighthall and Hanway Commons. The Barn is ideal for exploring the Shropshire hills, Church Stretton or even over the Welsh Border to the Radnor hills, Offas Dyke and the Black Mountains. Cyclists can make use of an abundance of forestry tracks and quiet lanes. By prior arrangement we are happy to offer transport to and from local trails or organise cycle hire. Ludlow Historic Ludlow (nearest railway station) is 5 miles north - famous for its Norman Castle, Georgian buildings and now its prestigious 'eating places'. The Assembly Rooms provides live entertainment, films and exhibitions. Both the annual Arts, and Food and Drink Festivals have become events of national renown. Sporting enthusiasts can choose from the leisure centre and swimming pool, golf and race courses. |
