Sleeps 4 with an optional sofa bed for an extra 2. This is a barn conversion with views of open countryside, yet within 30 minutes from the centre of Birmingham and 20 minutes from Wolverhampton. It is an open plan barn with a spiral staircase leading to a galley bedroom with a double bed. The gallery also contains the bathroom with a bath/shower a toilet and washbasin. On the ground floor is an open plan fully fitted kitchen, with a gas cooker, microwave and refrigerator. The sitting room area has a large stone fireplace with a wood-burning stove. Leading from this room is a further bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom with a bath, toilet and washbasin.

Accommodation Living area with a colour TV and DVD player. There is also a double bed settee that sleeps 2. Dining table and four chairs. All bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped .Services Full central heating Parking Security alarm Automatic washing machine.
