The Boat House is the newest guest house in this quiet part of The Royal Parade. Paul & Stephanie have many years experience as hoteliers in Eastbourne and have recently refurbished their Edwardian 5 bed roomed residence including a sun terrace overlooking The Mediterranean gardens and the sea.

The Boathouse is ideally situated opposite the Bowls greens, Pavilion tea rooms, sailing, windsurfing, angling clubs and the fitness centre. It is within easy level walking distance of the shopping centre, restaurants, theatres, the pier and the bandstand.

You are always assured a warm & friendly welcome at The Boat House. All our rooms are modern, bright, airy and en-suite. Some with sitting areas, panoramic sea-views & balcony. They consist of two double's one twin and two large family rooms which could also be doubles or twins. All have complimentary tea/coffee trays, col. T.V. Radio alarms, Hair dryers and have double glazing and central heating.

We offer full English or Continental breakfast freshly served in our bright ground floor dining room. We will also provide packed lunches on request for the keen walkers or cyclists and have lockup facilities for cycles.

The guest house is open all year. Parking is free and un-restricted. We are strictly NON-SMOKING throughout.
