ABOUT THE GABLES
A warm friendly welcome awaits at our totally refurbished, tastefully appointed, attractive Edwardian home situated in a quiet residential area, which is built of traditional Norfolk carrstone and still retains its original charm and character.
The Gables is a family run concern offering very comfortable accommodation in a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a carefree break within 100 yards of the glorious sandy beaches and a base from which to explore the wonderful Norfolk coastline and countryside.

All bedrooms have en suite facilities and are attractively decorated. Each has central heating with thermostatic controls, double glazing, colour television, radio alarm clock, beverage making facilities and razor power point together with many luxuries such as hairdryers and toiletries. Most enjoy a view of the sea and the new Boston Square Sensory Park. Access is available through out the day.

If you are celebrating birthday or anniversary I can organise special luxuries such as champagne, flowers, chocolates with special prior booking.

A full English or continental breakfast is served in our charming, wood panelled dining room and we hope to satisfy all appetites. Occasional special breakfast dishes are available. I am happy to prepare special diets and vegetarian options with advance notice. Packed lunches are also available.

Regretfully pets cannot be accommodated.

AROUND HUNSTANTON
The leisure and recreational facilities include windsurfing,sailing, tennis, bowls, swimming, roller skating, cycling, golfing, birdwatching at the local RSPB bird reserves, walking, kite surfing. The town centre is a few minutes walk away.HUNSTANTON is renowned for its cleanliness andwonderful sunsets over the sea - Hunstanton is the onlyresort on the East Coast to face West. It also offers unusual cliffs,dunes, marshes, a promenade, bandstand, gardens and funfair. Golfers are well served with a wonderful championshipcourse at Old Hunstanton plus two other excellent courses nearby at Brancaster and Kings Lynn.

HOW TO FIND US
A149 from King's Lynn. At the Flower roundabout entering Hunstanton carry on the A149 sign posted Old Hunstanton Wells. On the left hand side is a Jet Petrol Station. Austin is the third road past the petrol station on the left hand side. THE GABLES is situated at the bottom of Austin Street on the right hand side.
There are rail links to King's Lynn and a bus service from King's Lynn to Hunstanton.

Children under 2 are £5.00. Children 2-14 are half price if sharing with 2 full paying adults.
A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 is required on booking.
Rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day or arrival and guests are requested to vacate rooms 10:15 on the day of departure.
Cheques can be accepted with a current bankers card made payable to Mr R. Bamfield.All major cards can now be accepted.
