The Granary is a converted barn situated behind our 16th Century Manor House set on an arable farm with connections to Oliver Cromwell. We are one mile from Junction 13 of M1 and equidistant from Milton Keynes and Bedford, 5 Miles from Cranfield Airfield and Business School, 3 miles from Woburn, 30 minutes from Luton Airport and one hour from London. We have many highly recommended restaurants and pubs nearby in Woburn, Aspley Guise and Salford. There are good footpaths and bridleways running through our farm connecting with the Greensand Ridge. We have planted lots of trees and hedges over the years and have wide set aside strips around each field resulting in lots of wildlife, deer, pheasant, partridge, foxes, badgers and many birds including skylarks. We can accommodate dogs and have grazing for horses. Our breakfasts are made from local ingredients and our eggs come from our Maran hens which roam freely. We have an annexe which is suitable for families; this consists of a large double bedroom with bathroom and a very large playroom which can accommodate four single beds. We have a helipad and our all-season tennis court is available to all of our guests. We have a very large room available for meetings, training days and small conferences, flipchart, pens and notepads provided.

Local Entertainment Woburn Abbey - Home to the Dukes of Bedford for over 300 years - is open to the public and boasts a world famous art collection, antiques, furniture, and original porcelain. You may also wish to visit the picturesque village of Woburn while you are staying in the area. Woburn village is well renowned for its fine restaurants and antique shops. At a mere 3 miles from The Granary, Woburn is well worth the visit. Twenty minutes from us is the Milton Keynes City Centre, one of the largest and best shopping centres in the country, the "Xscape" Building - including indoor skiing with real snow! - Theatre and art gallery.

Rooms Family Rooms The family rooms come with an en-suite bathroom. Additional beds and cots are available on request for children. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided in the bedroom. Beds and bedding are of a high quality. Televisions also provided. Single Rooms The single rooms come with a shared bathroom, including shower. Tea and coffee facilities are also provided in the bedroom. Beds and bedding is of a high quality. Televisions are also provided in each room.

Conferences With our two large function rooms, we are able to offer conference and training day facilities for small to medium businesses and also undertake all of your catering needs... We can also offer wireless broadband to meet your business requirements. The rooms are also suitable for surprise birthday parties, christenings and other such events for that more personal feel. Yoga Yoga classes are run twice a week in our main room by our own qualified teacher, Poppy Weston, who has achieved a diploma in teaching Yoga. Classes are suitable for all ages, male and female.
