Welcome to the Heights

Set on the summit of the Isle of Portland with panoramic views of Chesil Beach, Lyme Bay and Portland Harbour, home of the 2012 sailing venue. An ideal base for exploring Dorset and the World Heritage Coastline.

65 comfortable en suite bedrooms, classic, deluxe and poolside options. Spectacular Bar, Bistro and Coffee Shop. Leisure Centre with outdoor heated pool, gymnasium, sauna and steam room. Various function rooms suitable for conferences, meetings and family functions. We are a non smoking hotel throughout including the bedrooms.

Bedrooms

Each room is designed with your comfort in mind, all are en suite with shower and bath, hospitality tray, hairdryer, direct dial telephone and satellite TV.

Our classic rooms include double or twin bed options. We also have classic rooms with adjoining doors for family groups wanting to be close, these rooms are arranged as a double bedded room next to a twin bedded room. There are poolside rooms available at a supplement for a convenient refreshing dip in the heated outdoor pool.

The Deluxe rooms are more spacious with a seating area, in room fridge, fruit and chocolates and bottled water in your room. The rooms have a larger bathroom, a corner bath with shower over, and fluffy bathrobes.

You may enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in our stylish Bistro.

The Bar is well stocked and offers a selection of World wines. The ideal place to relax and watch the sun go down.

Business

The ideal location to do business, with nothing except the stunning views to distract your delegates or clients.

We can offer a variety of purpose designed Function and Syndicate rooms. We offer wi-fi internet access for your laptops, or access from a PC in one of our meeting rooms. Audio and visual equipment can be arranged to suit your requirements.

Celebrate in style. We will be honoured to host your family functions, and offer a variety of menus, drinks packages and private rooms for your special occasion.

Leisure

Our exclusive centre is open to members and hotel residents only. Facilities include an outdoor heated pool, gymnasium, squash court, sauna and steam room.

The outdoor heated pool is open year round and heated to 27 degrees celcius. Swim and leisure wear is available for sale in the leisure centre shop. You can hire squash rackets, towels and book classes at the centre. The sauna and steam room is a great place to relax after working out in the multi-station gymnasium.
