Located at Newport in the heart of South Wales and constructed in the mid 1800s originally as a private residence, the Manor Hotel has been sympathetically modernised and still contains many of it's original features. Ornate ceilings and fireplaces are only two of the many interesting elements retained to please our guests.

Recent redecoration has recaptured that 'Old World' charm and helps us achieve our aim of providing a homely atmosphere for our guests.

The Manor Hotel has ten rooms boasting a mixture of single, double and family rooms. All the rooms have a television and tea making facilities, most of the rooms have en-suite facilities as well.

The Manor Hotel tries to cater for all forms of customers, from typical holiday makers, staying a couple of weeks, to contractors staying months on end.

The Manor Hotel stands in mature grounds, a pleasure to stroll around at any time of the year.

The owners of The Manor Hotel are Jim and Sandra Isaac. Jim & Sandra have been in the hotel trade for a relatively short time, but have managed to build a thriving business.

Their approach is very simple, and can be summed up in two words, Customer Satisfaction. They go out of their way to make their customers feel 'at home'. Their approach seems to be working as they have had some patrons with them for several months on a continual basis.

Directions to The Manor Hotel are as follows:

· Turn off M4 Motorway at Junction 27
· At Roundabout take the exit sign-posted Newport/Town Centre
· Follow this road for about 1 mile
· At mini round about take 2nd exit to town centre
· Go straight through the 1st set of traffic lights
· Go straight through the 2nd set of traffic lights
· The Manor Hotel can be found slightly further ahead on the right hand
