All rooms are either fully en-suite or have a private bathroom next door to the room. The rooms are fully equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, iron and ironing board, hairdryers and clock radios. Most rooms have mini-fridges, microwaves and crockery.
Breakfast is served between 7.15 and 8.30 a.m on weekdays and between 8.00 and 9.00 a.m at weekends. Our breakfast includes a choice of cereals (including our home-made muesli), and a full English breakfast, or lighter alternatives. We source local ingredients (butcher-made lincolnshire sausages and bacon, free range eggs, organic tomatoes) and serve freshly ground coffee.
We offer free computer and internet access. The house is also WiFi enabled. There is a small charge for sending a fax.The Red House is strictly non-smoking, but guests are welcome to smoking in our pleasant courtyard garden at the rear of the house.

We do ask you what time you wish to check in but once you have your keys you are free to come and go as you please. Check out time is 10 a.m. |

The Red House is a Grade II listed building and is 200 years old. It was originally the Maltsters House for the Old Maltings that was next door. North parade was until the 1960's the main A1. The first female Prime Minister Mrs Thatcher was born and raised at the end of North Parade.

Situated 5-minutes walk from the town centre, many local restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk catering for all tastes from a quiet drink to a lively club.
Local places of historic interest are: St Wulframs Parish church, Grantham House, Belton House, Belvoir Castle, Grimsthorpe Castle, Woolsthorpe Manor (birth place of Sir Isaac Newton), Margaret Thatchers birth place. |

Two major golf courses within two miles, Local leisure centre, Cinema, Bowling alley, Theatre and Saturday Market - Local shops.
Easy access to A1 Trunk road, A52, A607 Train service to Kings Cross London takes just over an hour.
