Solid oak floors, high ceilings, stylish furnishing and beautiful bed linen, plus a tempting breakfast menu to ensure a memorable stay.

Tea and coffee, Wide flatscreen TV + DVD & wifi internet access in each room.
From £65 per room per night. (all our rooms are ground floor and non smoking.) Two night minimum stay at the weekend.
B r e a k f a s t S u g g e s t i o n s
Selection of cereals;
Including our home made granola, spiced oats, seeds, nuts and dried fruit rolled in honey and toasted.
Continental breakfast;
Any of the above with tea/coffee. Warm Croissants/ Brioche, rolls and home made preserves. Fruit juice.
Full English;
Sausage, bacon, potato rosti, tomatoes, mushrooms and eggs as you like them,
Homemade white or brown bread toast.
Smoked salmon;
With scrambled eggs on a toasted muffin.
Eggs benedict;
Toasted muffin with extra crispy bacon, softly poached egg and foamy hollandaise sauce
Fruity breakfast;
A selection of seasonal fruits topped with Greek yoghurt, honey, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
Warm Fruit waffles;
A selection of seasonal berries gently warmed and served on toasted waffles with fresh cream.
Wherever possible we use organic or free-range food in all our menus.

Reservations
Please phone or fax with your credit card details to reserve a room.
Arrivals
Check in is between 4pm and 7pm on the day of arrival. Please advise if your arrival is outside of these times.
Departure
Please vacate your room by 10am on the day of departure.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the cost of your room and is served between 7am and 9am.
We can serve whatever you would like, and are happy to provide for specific dietary requirements.
So we can meet your requirements please let us know the day before.
Tv / Dvd
Your room has a wide flatscreen TV with freeview and DVD player. We have a selection of DVD's you can borrow.
Tea and Coffee
Tea and coffee refills are replenished on a daily basis.
We have a wider selection of herb teas in the kitchen, just ask.
Prices
The cost of your accommodation is £79.00 per night for a one night stay.
£75.00 per night for multiple nights occupancy plus £20 per night per child.
WiFi
Both our rooms are wi fi enabled. Ground floor and non smoking.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are charged at 50% of the total stay.

From the M27 come off at Junction 11. Take the exit for GOSPORT and Fareham.
Keep on to next roundabout and exit 1st left.
Keep on to next roundabout and exit 2nd left. Left-hand lane at fork in road keep left on Gosport rd.
Keep on Gosport Rd becomes Fareham Rd. About 2 miles.
At next roundabout take 1st exit. And enter right hand lane; Immediately followed by next roundabout take 3rd exit into Military Rd.
On to next roundabout take 2nd exit into Gomer Lane
Onto next roundabout take 1st exit to Stokes Bay Rd. (The Sea will be on your right)
Onto the next roundabout take first exit left into Anglesey rd. After 300 yds you will see a Church on your left (St Mary's)
Take the first drive on the right immediately after the Church. Do not drive ahead into 33 but turn immediately right down the side of the pine tree.
