| Restored in 1691 and formerly used as a resting house for monks travelling between Glastonbury and Malmesbury, Toghill House stands on the very edge of the Cotswolds. Within a stones throw of the site of the battle of Lansdown and with the Cotswolds Way and the old east to west Roman road running through the grounds, Toghill is steeped in history. Toghill enjoys far reaching views towards the river Severn and Bristol Channel with the hills of Wales and the spectacular Brecon Beacons as a backdrop. Toghill Farm has stabling for up to eight horses which guests are welcome to use. Bring your own horse, practice in the all weather surface arena and then try out the twenty four jump cross country course which follows the perimeter of most of the farm estate.
