Somewhere special - once owned for almost a quarter of a century by the governors of the Royal Shakespeare Company, a pied-à-terre for actors, this beautifully refurbished Victorian Villa built in 1897 now provides nostalgic accommodation for the discerning. Situated in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon (only a 5-10 minute walk from the town centre and RSC theatres) it is ideally placed for your visit

Twelfth Night Guest House is a family-run bed & breakfast where a very warm welcome awaits you. Close attention is given to ensure your comfort and enjoyment and the 4 diamond status awarded by The AA and RAC, and the "Sparkling Diamond" award from The RAC reflects the high standard of accommodation provided.

Rooms
Twelfth Night offers six tastefully and traditionally decorated double bedded rooms, all with en-suite shower facilities. They are all equipped for the connoisseur with colour TV, clock radio, hairdryer, ironing facility, tea/coffee making facilities and detailed information guide.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room on Wedgewood China between 8.15 - 9am.
Enjoy a Full English or Continental Breakfast with a choice of cereals, white or Wholemeal toast, tea or coffee, fruit juices, yoghurts and a fruit bowl. Vegetarian and other special dietary requirements can be catered for by prior request.

Arrival Times
Check-in times are 12-1pm and after 5.00pm. However, if it is not possible for you to arrive within these times we will endeavor to meet your requirements.

Rates
Twelfth Night Guest House offers discerning accommodation at very reasonable rates.
Rooms are available from £55 per ROOM per night bed and breakfast to £75 per ROOM per night (based on two people sharing). Both prices are for double rooms with en-suite shower and exactly the same facilities - it's just the size of the room that varies slightly.

Single occupancy of a double room is available at £35-£45 per night.
