TY HEN FARM
Since 1982 Roni and Mike Kelly have been developing Ty Hen as a unique Holiday Destination and welcoming visitors to share their home and the beautiful area that they so enjoy.
Ty Hen is a 40 acre sheep farm tucked away from it all down our own 300 yard lane near the Heritage Coast of West Wales. It lays midway between New Quay (4 miles) and Llangrannog (4 miles) and is within walking distance of the Sea at Cwmtudu Cove, renowned for smuggler caves and seals. Ty Hen is a peaceful and friendly setting for a short or long stay holiday throughout all the varied seasons. |
TY HEN GUEST HOUSE
In the main 18c farmhouse are en-suite bedrooms with country pine furniture, co-ordinating soft furnishings, CTV with video channel and drink making facilities including beverages. Downstairs are a dining room, comfortable sitting room, large garden room with grapevine and passion flowers, and a small bar with exposed stone walls and beams. (There is No Smoking in the farmhouse). |

TY HEN COTTAGES
Ty Hen Cottages are grouped either side of the farmyard on the slope below the farmhouse. Most are stone built, have exposed beams, log fires, attractive furnishings, CTV and video channel, carpeting where practicable and plenty of heating. All have patio areas with garden furniture and parasols. There is room for one car near to each cottage and plenty of additional space in the main car park. |

TY HEN CENTRE
The Leisure Centre is purpose built with a large indoor heated swimming pool, excellent fitness suite, sauna, sunbed, skittle alley, pool table, table tennis and changing rooms with showers and toilets. There is also a coin operated washing machine, tumble drier and outside drying line. Out of the main holiday season we also specialise in teaching nervous adults to swim offering private lessons tailored to the needs of the individual. It is better to learn when you are young but it is never too late so why not ask for additional information. (There is No Smoking in the Centre) |

TO HELP YOU FIND US
Llwyndafydd is clearly marked on all good road maps between New Quay and Llangranog and between the main A487 coast road and the Sea. Please do not rely on computer maps as they tend to send you the 'pretty' route! From the North and the Midlands the most direct route is via Welshpool, Llagurig and Aberystwyth. From the South either the M4 to Carmarthen and then via Llandysul or over the Breacons and through Lampeter to Aberaeron and the main coast road. Once in Llwyndafydd get the Crown car park on your right and the telephone box on your left (as there are 5 ways into the village you may have to turn your car round!) Go up the hill for about ½ mile to sharp right bend, then go into 'no thro road' on right - our entrance is approx 150 yds on the right. Slow down for ramps! |
