Tyn celyn is a spacious oak beamed country house, on the outskirts of Llangollen, just 1½ miles from Llangollen town centre. The house, whose name means house in the holly, is over 300 year old and is a beautiful location from which to base your stay in this area.

Tyn celyn is situated just 5 minutes drive from the A5. When travelling towards Llangollen along the A5, follow the brown youth hostel signs until you pass the hostel and Tyn celyn is the next left a little further on.

Llangollen is a beautiful old Welsh town, clinging to the banks of the River Dee where there is much to see and enjoy both in the town and the surrounding area.
