You are welcome to relax in our well stocked garden, which has a good selection of plants and shrubs. The garden attracts a wide variety of birds, including Finches, Robins and Blue Tits.
Vine Cottage is ideally situated off the main road.
Rye is a thriving market town with an abundance of small shops, tearooms, pubs and restaurants. It is favoured by painters, novelists and craft people, offering many interesting exhibitions.
Climbing the tower of St. Marys Church, which dates back to the Norman period, is well worth the effort as you will be rewarded by a wonderful view over Romney Marshes, Camber Sands and Rye Harbour.
The Nature Reserve at Rye Harbour provides ideal viewing points for bird watching as well as guided tours. Within easy reach of Rye there are many lovely gardens, castles and houses open to the public.
