Warkworth Villa is a large Victorian house divided into three self-contained, luxury apartments. On the ground floor is the spacious studio, on the first floor is a one-bedroom apartment and to the rear of the property is a delightful two-storey, one bedroom apartment, enjoying its own private courtyard garden. The garden is south facing and enjoys the sunlight for most of the day.

A ground floor self-contained apartment with entrance lobby, one bedroom/living area, separate kitchen and separate shower room. Shares garden facilities with the one bedroom apartment C.

Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom has double bed. Bedding can be provided for the futon chairbed if required.

  • Double bed, Futon Chairbed, table and chairs, wardrobe and two sets of drawers
  • Colour TV/Video (with Satellite TV) and CD player
  • Direct telephone line (calls are charged at the end of your stay)
  • Broadband internet connection
  • Kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel electric oven/gas hob, microwave, refrigerator and all utensils, including cutlery and crockery
  • A separate shower room including shower, basin, WC and shaver point
