Warren Carr Barn is a range of beautiful old 18th century farm buildings/barns sympathetically restored by the present owner, Cherry. They are full of natural character with exposed original stonework and timbers, and are idyllicallyset in rambling gardens (which will delight the keen gardener), directly adjoining glorious open countryside in the peaceful hamlet of Warren Carr which nestles just below Stanton Moor and the Druids Nine Ladies Stone Circle, and just 4½ miles from the lovely old market town of Bakewell and 4 miles from Matlock.

Situated only 20 minutes from Chesterfield and 40 minutes from Sheffield, Warren Carr Barn is centrally located in the Peak District and is the ideal base for walking and touring the beautiful dales and peaks. We also provide packed lunches (£5 per person) and drying facilities on the aga if you get caught out in a shower!

The imposing country houses of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are only 10 minutes away and Ladybower Reservoir and Castleton are 35 minutes away.
