A charming loch-side cottage circa 1820 of gothic design. Guests are invited to share our lovely garden. To the front, yards from the loch edge, you may use the barbecue and picnic furniture, or in our orchard, sit by the fish pond and relax.
Within a few minutes stroll, there are two quality hotels, with excellent dinner menus, also open for drinks and snacks.
Our home is bursting with collectibles and curios, which we take great pleasure in gathering on our travels. For this reason Waters Edge is not ideally suited to small children or animals and is a totally non-smoking environment.

All rooms have panoramic views of Loch Lomond.
Breakfast is served in our conservatory dining room and we take pleasure in personally ensuring breakfasts are imaginatively prepared, a typical menu being perhaps "selection of cereals ad fresh fruit - scrambled eggs with Scottish smoked salmon on toasted muffin with bacon and mushrooms - toast preserves tea and coffee.

The Cranny.... An upstairs room with elevated view across to Ben Lomond. En suite facilities, TV, and courtesy tray. Beautifully decorated with neo classical flavour.
The Cottage Suite…. Romantic setting for two. Privately entered into your own sitting room, with a lovely view across the loch. Complimentary sherry and a courtesy tray are provided. The décor is in the Scottish Style. Continue through to your double bedroom complete with canopied bed, imaginatively decorated in the Gothic style, and with Garden view.
