Luxury Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the beautiful Dorset resort of Lyme Regis at the heart of the Jurassic coast. Recently extended, and tastefully refurbished to the highest standards, Westwood offers much, much more than you'd expect from a guest house. We think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Each room has been individually designed to be comfortable, relaxing and features stunning views from every aspect. From the front of the house you can look over Lyme Bay, right across to Portland Bill and from the rear of the house you can enjoy wonderful views.

All our rooms have either Super King, King or Twin beds and feature large en suite shower rooms, each one offers a host of features such as: flat screen TV's, hairdryers, iron and ironing boards.

On arrival you will find fresh milk in your own fridge, in addition, there's a safe for your valuables...just the right size for your laptop. And talking of laptops, the whole of the house is totally wi-fied' enabling you to stay in touch whenever you take your holiday break.

These rates are for bed and breakfast based on 2 people sharing.
Single occupancy rates are available Sunday - Thursday, prices on request.

Prices are based on 2 people sharing.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card. A written confirmation of your booking will be sent to you, which you should check and advise immediately if any details are incorrect.
All prices include full English breakfast.
Arrival from 4pm, although this is very flexible, just let me know.
Check-out by 11am.

Cancellation Policy
For all bookings a deposit representing on nights stay will be required. This deposit is refundable if the accommodation is re-sold at the appropriate rate or cancelled with 28 days notice. Regretfully we must charge for bookings cancelled or amended with 28 days of your proposed arrival, however, we will only do this if you are unable to re-let the room. The charge of 80% of the quoted price from the tariff for the entire stay will be debited from your card. All cancellations and/or any changes to your reservation must be confirmed in writing. If you reservation is made within 28 days of your arrival, you will automatically be in the cancellation period. No refunds will be given for failing to take up any component included in the price of your stay.

Directions
Lyme Regis is easily accessible by road and rail, the town is approximately a 3.5 hour drive from London on the coast of Dorset. For those not wishing to drive, National Express runs a seasonal coach service.
The train is from London Waterloo to Exeter stopping at Axminster, which is about 8 miles from Lyme Regis, then a short bus or taxi ride to Westwood Guest House.

Car ferries sail from French ports to Plymouth, Poole, Portsmouth and Weymouth - all of which are within a one hour driving distance.
Bristol, Exeter and Bournemouth airports are all within an easily accessible distance.
