This spacious, beautifully presented, detached bungalow is in a quiet cul-de-sac position overlooking a 2 acre lake and the owner's 6.5 acre garden which is a superb natural wildlife haven. Sleeping nine, this is a fantastic base for larger family groups to explore the Cotswolds. |

| Interior The comfortable accommodation afforded within this detached bungalow includes 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of living space. The Living Room is a good size, south facing directly on to the patio and private enclosed garden. There is a gas flame fire and a large TV with the full Sky movie package. Doors open into the dining room where a large dining table seats up to 10. ![]() The modern fully equipped kitchen is very well appointed, housing a double oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, while a separate utility room contains the washing machine, dryer and a second American-style side by side fridge freezer. All cutlery and crockery provided. The five bedrooms comprise one single and four double rooms with a combination of double and twin beds. There are two large bathrooms with bath and shower over together with a third separate toilet ideal for larger groups! Three of the bedrooms have TV's. The property rental includes all central heating, bedding and towels. |

| Outside The patio and private enclosed garden is south facing and very private with superb views over the owner's 2 acre lake and 6.5 acre garden which is opened for the National Garden Scheme, but is not open to guests. Please note that children are quite safe in this enclosed area, as there is no access to owner's garden. There is ample parking to the front of the property. |
