Willow House is an old coaching inn which dates back to the early 1800's. The house itself has had several uses since then, including being a butchers, offices and flats until it was converted to a bed & breakfast in 1982.
Now under the ownership of Dave, Ann-Marie and James Tincknell, who can assure you a very warm welcome in to our home. Willow house has nine bedrooms on three floors and can offer the choice of both ensuite and standard rooms.
All of the bedrooms are equipped with a complimentary hot drinks tray, colour Television with DVD player, wireless broadband, radio alarm clock and cooling fans.
Willow house is situated on the outskirts of Wellington, an old market town which dates back to 1147. We are 4 miles from Telford town centre, 5 miles from the Ironbridge gorge and 10 miles from Shrewsbury and Weston Park. |
We can also provide the following FREE services:
- WIFI covering the whole house.
- Iron and board.
- A small library of DVD films from our own collection.
- High chair and travel cot. (please provide your own bedding).

Bedrooms
All of our rooms offer a simple, but modern decorative style which include colour tv's, DVD player, WIFI, radio alarm clock's, fan's and tea and coffee making facilities.
We can offer Double ensuite rooms and standard double / twin / triple and single options. |
Dining Room
The homely feel of the dining room will get you off to an enjoyable start to your day. The dining room has a view over the quiet garden area.
You can start your day with a choice from a dozen cereals, grapefruit segments and orange or apple juice. Your breakfast is cooked fresh, so just place your order and we will do the rest. You can choose from: bacon, sausages, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms, egg (fried, scrambled or poached) and hash browns. All washed down with a pot of tea or coffee. You can choose from a selection of herbal, Earl Gray and decaffeinated.
We can also cater for vegetarian diners and for persons with food allergies, please let us know at the time of booking.
For early starters, we can provide a packed lunch instead of a breakfast. Again, please let us know.
Our bacon, sausages and eggs all come from local sources and where possible, all other items are Fair Trade. |
