We are a privately owned hotel, set peacefully on Bournemouth's famous East Cliff in an acre of beautiful lawned gardens, with a large car park, it is the ideal venue for a short or longer holiday.
All of our 40 bedrooms have either private shower or bath and shower, colour television, direct dial telephone, radio, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries, The majority of rooms are accessible by the lift.
We have one ground floor room, which has been designed for our guests with disabilities and is suitable for wheelchairs.
The tastefully decorated Bar is the place to meet up with friends both old and new to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or a late nightcap. For those sunny afternoons or warmer evenings the doors lead outside onto the patio and the gardens beyond. Bar meals are served at lunchtimes and evenings.
The Lounge is where you can relax at anytime, enjoy morning coffee or indulge in a Traditional Afternoon Cream Tea.
Our recently refurbished Anthurium Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, evening meals and Sunday lunches. Four course dinner menu changes daily and is prepared to a very high standard using fresh ingredients.
We have a surperb ballroom with its large dance floor where we hold regular entertainment from Tea Dances to Dinner Dances and Special Events.
A few minutes walk from the Woodcroft you will be on the cliff top with fantastic views to the Isle of Purbeck. Award winning beaches, the town centre and the International Centre are only a few more minutes away.
Bournemouth is also a good base from where you can explore the surrounding areas of The New Forest, Swanage, Weymouth and the Isle of Purbeck, the historic town and famous harbour of Poole, Salisbury and Winchester with their Cathedrals plus lots more.
