This detached stone building is a former Police Station and is situated in the heart of a village that is steeped in history and close to the ancestral home of George Washington.

The guest house is enthusiastically run by its owners, who are members of the English Tourism Council and Northumbria Tourist Board of one North East. Cleanliness, comfort and hospitality are of an excellent standard, with all bedrooms very well equipped with en-suite facilities decorated to a very high standard.
